White Galaxy Quarry

Nestled in the northern belt of India, our White Galaxy and Arizona Blue granite are celebrated for their calm elegance and structural integrity. Our state-of-the-art SSP Technology ensures every slab undergoes a controlled transformation, combining nature’s essence with engineered precision for unmatched quality and durability.

Block Vacuuming for
Stone Strengthening

Air pockets are removed using advanced vacuum technology, enhancing internal strength and preventing fractures.

The 18-20mm Cut –
Creating Durability

Each slab is cut with precision to 18mm thickness, ensuring structural stability and a flawless visual finish.

SLAB REINFORCEMENT

Our advanced robotic system transfers slabs for epoxy treatment, where they are heated to remove moisture. A fibreglass net and premium Italian epoxy are applied for strength and durability. The slabs are then reheated for deeper penetration, cleaned, ground, and dried for a smooth, reinforced finish.

Tenax Resin Application

Italian Tenax resin is applied to fill pores, enhance color depth, and achieve a luminous, lasting polish.

Lamination with Mesh

Each slab is reinforced with a fine mesh backing for maximum safety, flexibility, and resilience during handling and installation.
